Cultivar Notes -
James Kelway
James Kelway Painted Daisy is a carefree delight for seasons of glorious color. No other painted daisy can compete with the brilliance of its scarlet and gold blooms! It has 3-inch daisies that pop up all over bushy, dense plants over a very long season. They begin in early summer and continue all season long until the weather turns cold. These long, sturdy stems work well for cutting, and the fern-like foliage makes a lovely background for the blooms, remaining a bright, fresh green even when not flowering.
Genus Notes -
Tanacetum
Painted Daisies are among the best perennials for cutting. Their large flowers are borne on long stems, and they last a long time in water. For best results, grow them in rich, well-drained soil and full sun.

Tanacetum has interesting ferny foliage much like that of yarrow. Plant it in large groupings for plenty of cut flowers and for greatest impact in the landscape.
